The clinic is open Mondays through Fridays from 8am to 5pm. It’s located just behind Baylor Scott & White Medical Center at Irving at 1302 Lane Street (75061).

Irving Community Clinic focuses on helping those who need it most by keeping them well–not waiting until chronic illness lands them in a local emergency department. Gifts to the clinic help provide funding wellness visits, dental visits, health and diabetes coaching for Irving’s, Coppell’s and Grand Prairie’s neediest residents who:

  • Have no health or dental insurance
  • Have total household income levels that are 200 percent of the federal poverty level or less (approximately $21,000 for an individual, for example, or $44,000 for a family of four).
